TREATMENTS & SAFETY
What filler and injectable brands do you use?
We use premium, medically approved injectable brands including Juvederm, Teoxane, Mail, Intraline and Belotero (Merz). All products are sourced through UK-regulated pharmacies for maximum safety and quality.
Are the treatments performed by a doctor?
Yes, all injectable, regenerative and advanced aesthetic treatments are carried out personally by Dr Kas, a medically trained aesthetics doctor.
How do I know which treatment is right for me?
Every appointment begins with a detailed medical consultation and facial assessment. Dr Kas will design a personalised treatment plan based on your goals, anatomy and long-term skin health.
Is there any downtime after treatments?
Most treatments have minimal to no downtime. Some mild redness or swelling may occur depending on the procedure. Your aftercare guidance will outline exactly what to expect.
Are results natural-looking?
Yes. Dr Kas specialises in subtle, balanced enhancements that work with your natural features, never against them.
APPOINTMENTS & BOOKINGS
Do I need a consultation before treatment?
Yes. A consultation ensures your treatment is safe, appropriate and medically suitable. Consultation fees are redeemable against treatment.
Is there a waiting list?
Appointments can book up quickly, so early booking is recommended, but there is currently no formal waiting list.

What is your cancellation policy?
Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.

Is there a reception or waiting area?
Yes, all our clinics have comfortable waiting areas, and a receptionist or clinic coordinator will greet you on arrival.
Which transport links are closest?
Esher and Wandsworth clinics are all well connected by public transport. Exact directions are provided when booking.
RESULTS & EXPECTATIONS
When will I see results?
Anti-wrinkle injections typically take 3–14 days.
Fillers are visible immediately, improving as they settle.
Skin boosters and regenerative treatments such as PRP, polynucleotides or Profhilo develop over several weeks.
How long do results last?
Result duration varies by treatment type, area and lifestyle factors. Longevity is discussed during your consultation so you know exactly what to expect.
Will I look different or overdone?
No. Our approach is subtle, refined and medically led. The goal is to enhance, not change, your natural features.

Which Skin Booster Is Right For Me?
If you’re unsure which injectable skin booster to choose, here’s a simple guide to help:
- Choose Polynucleotides if you want repair, elasticity and under-eye rejuvenation. Ideal for crepiness, hollowness and inflammation.
- Choose Profhilo if your main concern is hydration, glow and skin laxity.
Perfect for improving firmness and overall radiance. - Choose PRP if you want natural regeneration, improved texture, or support for hair growth. Great for scars, dull skin and thinning hair. We use PRP to make filler (biofiller) in the instance where you may not want hyaluronic acid filler. We can also use PRP for joint injections in cases of tendinitis or joint pain.

We also have different newer bioremodelling agents (called Jalupro) and amino acid mesotherapy to help with skin rejuvenation. Not just polynucleotides. I can update the treatment offering list to reflect these as these are a newer treatment in my clinic.

MEDICAL & SAFETY QUESTIONS
Is it safe to have treatment if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
No, injectable and regenerative treatments are not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
What if I have a medical condition or take medications?
Please inform us during your consultation. Your medical history is reviewed to ensure that every treatment you receive is both safe and appropriate.
